One of the best places in Sri Lanka to stay. There is no better place with view to drink coffee or to have breakfast in the morning, just breathtaking view with song of nature, surrounded by mountains. The staff are very friendly and polite. Thank you

The hotel was in a beautiful location, our room had an amazing view. The staff were fabulous. Breakfast and all the food in the restaurant was good. A real family feel and we shall miss it.

Room was clean and spacious with nice balcony. The location is great, few minutes walk from the main street on its own peace and quiet. Rooftop bar where they serve breakfast has stunning view. Great friendly staff!

Very good facilities and super lovely staff. They were very accomodating and made the experience even better for us. Arranged for us to have dinner and see the festival on a rooftop bar - absolutely incredible. Sajana and sadaru were so kind and told us about all of the amazing local places. The most kind hostel staff I have met and hung out with us like friends.

The accommodation was in a perfect location right in the city center, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the main sights. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. It was the ideal place to stay while exploring Ella. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of the town!

We had a wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the view was absolutely beautiful. What really made our experience special was the outstanding service — the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We traveled with our 11-month-old son, and everything was very easy and comfortable for us as a family. You truly feel cared for here, and it creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a lovely view, and a family-friendly stay.

Beautifully designed room with amazing view. View at breakfast on the rooftop is even better and food itself was incredible. So was staff, so kind and attentive. Loved everything about this place. Location is also very convenient, five minutes to the railway station.

Adorable family. Very clean rooms with nice views. Delicious breakfast. Just a 3 min walk from the main street so a quiet place and at the same time very close to the main street. The daughter speaks very well English and also some German. Also very competitive prices for tours and transport. Thank you for such a lovely and warm stay - this wouldn't have been possible in a hotel but only a homestay :)

Location perfect in the centre, close to the railway station, but a very quiet, comfortable place . Very spacious rooms , very good breakfast, made with love . The best part is the staff , specially Michael . Helping with everything. If you need an advice ( tours , restaurant, spa ) just ask him . It was a pleasant stay , highly recommended ! The view is stunning! The staff is welcoming and always willing to help with a smile on their faces. The food was so yummy😋, we ordered the dinner as well, one of the best foods I've tried in Sri Lanka. Comfy beds. They even arrange tuk tuks for an affordable price if you want a tour in Ella or pick up or drop off. I'll definitely come back to this nice hotel.....

Rooftop swimming pool has an amazing view over Ella from the mountains! The breakfast was very good, wide selection of foods. The staff are amazing they are always around to ensure you have a wonderful stay. My stay was made by the kind and funny staff at Crystal Spring. Prashan was our highlight, superstar!

This place was incredible. The room looks exactly like the pictures, and the view is one of the best I've had in my life. The room has a cute design and is relatively new, so it feels and looks clean. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were unreal. The host and his family were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make me feel at home while also leaving me to do my own thing. I was fetched from the bus station, brought coffee and snacks every day, they did my laundry, and rented me a great scooter. Communication was excellent, and anything I needed was tended to. I can definitely say you get a lot more than what you pay for. Don't skip this accommodation!

The hotel staff was extremely nice, they helped us in everything. The location is perfect (awesome view from our room) and we really liked the breakfast as well.

Really cool, modern cabins, all very well maintained. Everything was spotless. The guys who run the place are amazing — attentive, helpful, and incredibly friendly. The egg sandwich for breakfast was simply incredible. If you’re coming to Ella, I 100% recommend staying here!!

The room was lovely, with a great balcony. Always had hot water which is rare to Sri Lanka. The crew was kind and generous! Prepared great breakfasts and even made soup when we were sick.

Beautiful gardens, really helpful staff and great pool

We felt very comfortable during our stay and the team was very accommodating. The food was so tasty and catered to our wishes. The location was perfect for us, a little outside the centre, but you can walk to Ella in 25 minutes on the train tracks or order a Tuktuk. The Kithalella train stop is ideal, from there it is only 200 metres to the hotel. We would definitely recommend the hotel, it really enriched our stay in Ella.

Our stay in Ella was absolutely perfect! This was the best accommodation ever, with an amazing view of the waterfall. We had one of the best breakfasts of our lives, Dammi is an incredible chef! The hooper eggs and Sri Lankan pancakes were the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing place, wonderful team and very peaceful vibe. We had a great experience surrounded by mango trees and mountain peaks. The cottage is very cosy with an astonishing view and the natural spring water pool adds a special note!

Wonderful view from the hotel and from our room. Excellent location, modern and clean facilities, quality breakfast and really friendly staff. My husband had his birthday during our stay and they helped me to surprise him.
