A peaceful stay at Crystal Springs Hotel clean rooms, beautiful views, and very friendly staff. The calm atmosphere and tasty food make it perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Highly recommended for couples and families!

The room was spectacular. We stayed in the grand executive suite and it was worth every dollar. The views were the best in Ella and it was just a once in a lifetime experience. The hospitality was phenomenal and Pradeep and Ashan were fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Easily the best room we've stayed in in the world!

We reallly enjoyed our stay here!! The view is amazing, especially from the small terrace on the top of the roof! Our room was very comfortable. The property is not located in the city centre but a short walk uphill away - the views are worth it. The host was very kind and we would defenitely come back :)

We had a wonderful stay at 360 Ella! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that make the whole experience unforgettable. The food was one of the highlights of our stay — every meal was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. It was honestly some of the best food we had during our trip. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend 360 Ella to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely love to come back again!

The room was great, had everything i needed. Was clean, tidy and a great location. The hosts and staff were super friendly and helpful.

A home away from home - the family was amazingly kind and really made us feel welcome. We could practice some Sinhala with them and they organized a cookery class on request in which we definitely cooked the best food we had so far in Sri Lanka. The house is situated perfectly - the garden has a beautiful view and it is very peaceful to enjoy the (very tasty!) breakfast while watching all kinds of squirrels and birds playing around, while only a 5 minute walk brings you to the midst of the buzzling Ella! Also very nice to be greeted by the cute dog of the neighbours every time we returned from a walk. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Excellent service and a perfect location right in the center of Ella. The rooms are very spacious and come with a large terrace, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
