The best views around - Little Adam’s Peak, Ella Rock, Small Rawana Waterfall. The place is clean, tidy, the upper floor built recently - new and fresh. A great staff - helpful and professional. Prianti (I hope, I put his name correctly) assistance was great. Some said, the access is a bit steep to the place. We did not find it to be a problem, since the staff helped to carry the luggage. Great breakfast, a wildlife around (different birds). 5 minutes by tuktuk to/from town center. A perfect place to stay in Ella.

Very good facilities and super lovely staff. They were very accomodating and made the experience even better for us. Arranged for us to have dinner and see the festival on a rooftop bar - absolutely incredible. Sajana and sadaru were so kind and told us about all of the amazing local places. The most kind hostel staff I have met and hung out with us like friends.

Very clean ! Amazing breakfast food and good location

When we arrived we received a warm welcome from the staff with fresh roses and a welcome drink. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The staff were extremely attentive and supplied complimentary drinks and small sweet snacks late in the afternoons to the rooms. The complimentary breakfast each morning was phenomenal 3 courses, fruit platter, toast and jams and a hot breakfast (either english style with omelette, sausage, mushrooms, tomato and bacon) (Sri Lankan style with butter chicken, coconut sambol, hoppers, Dahl curry and rotti) with fresh juice. The staff had amazing English and worked amazing as a team and took extreme pride in their work. The communication via Whatsapp has been fantastic. We had dinner at the hotel one night and the food was perfect. We tried some traditional hot butter calamari and garlic rice. We had parking for our tuk tuks which was great as well.

The hotel is perfectly located with a direct view on Ella Rock. It s 5 min walking distance from everything you want in the city center. The service was impeccable and the food very tasty. We loved the breakfast (fresh tea, pancakes, eggs, fruits, sri lankan food as well) and the food in general (curry ordered for dinner was excellent). You can do yoga classes, massages, access the pool, enjoy your balcony. We recommend 100%.

We had a wonderful stay at 360 Ella! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that make the whole experience unforgettable. The food was one of the highlights of our stay — every meal was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. It was honestly some of the best food we had during our trip. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend 360 Ella to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely love to come back again!

This is a little hidden gem. It's the best money can buy. Hospitality is on point. Very helpful, friendly anf highly rate them. Forget fancy hotels!! This homestay is so refreshing, great little spot tucked away from the main street of Ella. But close enough! A short walk up hill and the hospitality is amazing. The breakfast was delicious, place is very clean and they have a beautiful big Labrador dog if you need your dog fix. Sitting eating breakfast on the balcony surrounded by garden and if you are lucky you will see little squirrels in the tree :) Oh and the best strongest fan ive come across in my travels in the bedroom so no need for aircon.

Superb location in the centre of everything - bars, clubs, restaurants. The room is spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom is a great size with a super-hot shower. The breakfast is both generous, varied day-by-day and delicious. Thank you so much for a tremendous stay here!

Really excellent stay. The room was so beautiful and the views were amazing. Really peaceful and as it’s up a hill it’s away from the noise of the main street. The women who work there are so lovely and sweet, our laundry came back smelling amazing. They gave us great recommendations for a tea plantation tour too. Watching the sunrise from our balcony over the hills was really special too. Comfortable bed and great AC too, hot shower!

Nice and clean hotel situated bang in the middle of Ella. The room were spacious and comfortable and the staff all friendly and helpful. Being close to middle of town meant the faint hubbub of life going on outside was in the background but this was nice and anyhow stopped relatively early.

Comfy room, the sofa on the balcony is good with a really nice view
