On my life this gotta be the nicest place to stay in argumabay, everything is super new super clean and the owner he just on another level he brings me juice to drink every day with ice and he help me with laundry bike and everything i love him ….. and I never post reviews but this time he deserve it 🤍

Swiss Bay Hotel & Resort Arugam bay: A Fantastic Stay! My recent stay at Swiss Bay Hotel & Resort in Arugambay was absolutely wonderful, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches and the serene atmosphere that allowed for complete relaxation. The location is truly ideal, offering easy access to the beautiful beach and the vibrant local scene, yet providing a peaceful retreat when you want to unwind. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a friendly smile. Their genuine hospitality truly made a difference and contributed significantly to a memorable experience. We liked everything about this place. First of all there is to say that the staff, Ramana, Lahiru and Riyad did an amazing job making our stay super enjoyable. The best service ever, super nice food, very cozy bungalows, nice pool, and the beach right next to the Bungalows. if we had more time we would have stayed longer. Thanks Ramana, Lahiru and Riyad for being amazing people. Hoping to see you again :)

By far the best place to stay in Arugam Bay! The owner is so kind and helpful. I had a whole dorm to myself. Showers are very nice and hot water!! Only a 15 min walk into town and it’s a beautiful walk so don’t let that deter you from staying here. Breakfast was great as well!!

Clean, peaceful, and well equipped

Exceptional stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and close to many restaurants, cafes, shops, and the main commercial area. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed, which made the stay even more convenient. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. Everything was exactly as described, and the property offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again.
