The stay here with my family was absolutely amazing. We stopped here to break up the drive from Fes to Merzouga and it was our favorite place in all of Morocco. Its location is beautiful and the place was so cozy and comfortable. The food was delicious and for an unbeatable price. And the best part of the stay was when Ismail took time out of his busy schedule to take my family for a beautiful hike through the oasis, Kasbah and mountains. He even brought his donkey up for our kids to spend time with. Luna del fuego was incredible.

Our family of four stayed at Gîte d'étape traditionnel berbère one night between two long days of driving. Everything about the Gite is as advertised and met our expectations.

The property was right in the middle of the valley with beautiful views. The room was a good size and we stayed nice and warm with the heat pump (very quiet) and floor oil fin heater. The balcony is nice to sit on and enjoy. The breakfast was typical Moroccan and very good. The dinner they serve is a bit expensive but extremely delicious and we definitely recommend it. The staff is so friendly and ready to help with anything you need.

Abraham and his family were welcoming and delightful. The room was comfortable, firm mattress, hot water, and quiet. Rooms open onto a garden courtyard filled with fruit trees, a very peaceful environment. All in a beautiful setting. Dinner was excellent.

This "Gite" is rustic family house located outside of town and thus very quiet and a truly Moroccan experience, warm family and we were well cared for. The manager's wife made us home cooked meals and Aziz the owner took us to his home in the city for a traditional Iftar meal. I loved talking with the local children and chilling on the patio under a fragrant orange tree. A highlight of our trip! You will need a car and GPS to find it or contact Aziz and he will pick you up in town.

A recently renovated guest house, Gite ritch offers accommodation in Rich. The guest house, set in a building dating back to 2020, provides free Wifi and free private parking.

Assou is an excellent host, very hospitable, helpful and attentive. We were welcomed with a feast of tea, snacks and fruit. The breakfasts were outstanding, plenty to eat and excellent quality. Communication via whatsapp was prompt, the place is a little hard to find but helpful locals pointed us in the right direction. We had booked one room with 3 beds but were given an additional room for our son at no charge which we appreciated. It was very cold with rain and snow but the room had a heating unit and enough blankets. Although Assou does not speak english well, we had some great conversations using google translate and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this gem in Er Rich.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Er Rachidia, Écologie oasis tafilalt CHEZ L' HABITANT is a campground surrounded by views of the inner courtyard.

Najib and his family were absolutely wonderful. It was a joy to be welcomed into his home and to have dinner specially prepared by him and his family. We stayed for one night on our desert trip back from Merzouga to leave for an early flight. Najib gave us recommendations on where to eat on the way back and welcomed us with open arms and wonderful tea. The home is beautiful and the rooms were clean and spacious. Dinner was the highlight as we got to eat with other guests and have great conversation with Najib. A true gem!
