The location inside the Medina is top notch. Once you step inside the front door, there is a calm and serene energy. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Nothing is a problem. The roof terrace is a huge plus. Spotless clean and a very nice breakfast. Everything was fantastic. Loved it and will return ❤️

Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Central location, comfortable room

Good location, very friendly staff, good parking, well equipped and clean apartment. One of the best places we stayed in Morocco

The staff was nice and helpful, guest oriented. The room and the hotel in general was neat and clean. The location is great and the hotel is about 15 min walk away from most of the attractions on the city.

From the moment I set foot through the door, I was welcomed with a warmth that made me feel like home. The attention from the staff was beyond compare, namely Adil and Naima - Choukran Bzaf! every gesture felt personal, every detail thoughtful. This place wove itself into my heart, becoming a haven I’ll carry with me until I return. Thank you for a stay that meant the world to me!

The reception especially hafsa and chaymae they was respectful and very helpful and really appreciate how they try to help us on anything about hotel facilities

Service was as expected and spa was the best thing

The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. We had an amazing time there.

Super friendly staff and beautiful building!

Clean, modern rooms, peaceful terrace, and perfect central location—walkable to the medina, train station, and main sights. The staff made it special: Hind, Mouad, Souhail and especially Jawad were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They turned a good hotel into an excellent experience. The restaurant deserves special praise—the food is outstanding. Huge thanks to the restaurant chef for his wonderful tagines: perfectly spiced, rich, and some of the best I’ve had in Morocco. If you’re in Rabat, book NJ Hôtel. Highly recommended. Thank you Hind, Mouad, Jawad, Souhail and chef—I’ll be back.

Blown away by how beautiful this gem of place is, the photos don't do it justice. The setting is very peaceful.

What I liked most about the property was the combination of modern comfort and Moroccan style. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and very comfortable. I also really appreciated the friendly and professional staff, who went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect—close enough to explore the city but still quiet and relaxing.
