The location is great, walk to beach and restaurants. We did rent a car to explore the island. The restaurant, Astrolab, on the premises was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful.

The place was beautiful! Brand new clean everything I needed! The shared terrace was amazing. My views of the beach were fantastic! I can walk to everything perfect location. Paulina who manages the location was so helpful! I became ill and she helped me coordinate several things and actually brought me lemon and honey and tea for my sore throat! They went above and beyond I cannot say more good things about this place and the management! She even recommended a in room massage by Noelline that I did on my last day that was also wonderful! Thank you so much Paulina for a wonderful stay and I will be back!

We stayed at Pierre’s Place for 4 weeks and really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and easy walking distance to several beaches, many restaurants, shops and a couple of mini markets. We didn’t rent a car as everything we needed was within walking distance. We got a ride into Marigot and took the local bus back. Pierre was an excellent host. He made sure we were comfortable. He took us to the SuperU for big grocery shops and he offered to take us to the airport for a small fee at the end of our stay. When the microwave broke, he replaced it with a brand new one the same day. He brought us clean sheets and towels once a week. The towelling robe was a nice touch. We did our own housekeeping but a cleaning service was available for a small fee if we had wanted one. The washing machine was very useful for our extended stay. The kitchen was well stocked with basic equipment and we made our own breakfast, lunch and about a third of the dinners. We even had friends over for dinner one night and managed well with the facilities available. There are so many amazing restaurants in Grand Case, we could have dined at a different one every evening! Our favourite part of the apartment was a screened in porch where we ate our meals and hung out in the middle of the day and evenings. The porch and attached deck made it so much more than a studio apartment. We would love to go back there again!

The location of the apartment was the best. We stayed in Grand Case before and we knew that we liked this location. The apartment is directly on the beach. It is on open air living, thus it may be challenging during hotter months of the year since air conditioned rooms are in the back of the apartment where bedrooms are. In january however, it is perfect.

Location just perfect, and we have very good equipped kitchen, good mattresses, a lot good restaurants around in few minutes walk. We were enjoying staying there. And host was very nice too.

The location on the beach was perfect. About a 10 walk to the restaurants and beach bars. Unit was a good size for two couples. Quiet unit and has good parking for a small car. Lovely balcony for relaxing overlooking the beach. Laundry in unit worked well.
