The location was perfect at the heart of the old bazar,surrounded not only by shops but algo good restaurants and cafes. Due to its location was also very close to Macedonia square and the stone bridge(5 mins walk).The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was also very clean and had everything that was needed.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very delicious, it offered local products and typical dishes . I highly reccomend this hotel if you happen to stay a few nights in Skopje.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is gorgeous. After a tiring day in Skopje, you can relax at the spa. You do not need to look for a good restaurant around, you can eat at Brick Eat Restaurant and have fun. We recommend the rooms with river view. Also, no need to look for a taxi, go ask for airport transport service from the hotel. Thanks to all gentle stuff and management of the hotel.

Our recent stay at Hotel Riverside in Skopje turned out to be a masterclass in hospitality under pressure. What was meant to be a routine leg of our trip quickly turned complicated when my wife suffered an unexpected accident, resulting in a fractured ankle. We found ourselves stranded in Skopje, needing to extend our stay on short notice. The staff at Hotel Riverside stepped up immediately, handling our last-minute booking with incredible empathy and ensuring my wife was comfortable from the moment we arrived at the property. The real test of their service came on the morning of our departure during a complex medical repatriation involving two separate medical teams. Navigating emergency logistics in an unfamiliar city can be overwhelming, but the morning front desk receptionist managed the situation with extraordinary calm and grace. She ensured the transport crew had swift, direct access to our room, assisted the paramedics as they carefully evacuated my wife down the stairs, and served as an essential translator between us and the local medical staff. Great hotels are defined by their aesthetics, but exceptional hotels are defined by their people. To both the evening receptionist who eased our anxiety on arrival and the daytime receptionist who coordinated our safe departure, thank you. Hotel Riverside offers far more than a central location along the Vardar river; it offers genuine heart.

Excellent location and host. The apartment is right by the city center and walkable to all things. The host was very helpful and gave us suggestions of where to eat, visit, etc. I’ve used booking for quite a few different stays and this one was by far the best. The apartment had everything you could even need from shampoo to tea mugs

The spa and fitness centers were incredible. All the required equipment. That restaurant was not only of high quality, but had a large quantity of Macedonian wines. Also, the hotel is ideally located.
