The apartment is not big, but perfect for business trips. My husband walked to clients in Ebene and I worked from the apartment. Great wifi, supercomfy bed!!! Even though it is self catering, we arrived late at night and found snacks and milk, even a loaf of bread, eggs and butter! Shampoo and soap provided in shower. Nespresso pods were there for the coffee machine. Washing machine tumbledryer combo was great and quiet.

The owners left complimentary drinks and foods, and it is very important for the first days if you are not from Mauritius. The most important thing, the owners are really helpful amd try to help you at any moment.

I highly recommend Studio 113. The apartment itself is so much better than staying in a hotel room. As well as having more space, a kitchen and a washing machine, I really appreciated the balcony. I often opened the balcony doors for fresh air and enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the late afternoon. The secure car parking space downstairs was also helpful. The apartment’s location is very good: from here, it’s not far to get to any other point on the island, and it’s easy to get to and from the airport on major roads. There’s a big supermarket and some restaurants just a few minutes’ drive away. A big shoutout to owners Avish and Jaya. The pre-arrival instructions were excellent, they quickly answered by WhatsApp any questions I had during my stay, and they went above and beyond the call of duty by dropping off medication when I became sick. They were so nice and helpful! So, overall, a really good experience staying here, and I will definitely try to book Studio 113 next time I come to Mauritius.

Great property, a lot more spacious than on the pictures, in a very convenient location, quiet and well equipped. The owner, Mr Dev, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable; from waiting for us at the airport to helping with our holiday plans and introducing us to the Mauritian culture!

Extended my work trip for a few days to see more of the city, and picked out this lovely studio apartment. It's a brand new apartment building in a quite convenient location. The check-in info sheet my host sends in advance is very handy, on the day of my arrival, the security is also quite familiar with the key collection process, and he is also very friendly & helpful! If you drive, they do have parking space for you, but if you do not drive, the metro express station Ebene is also 10 mins walk away. I enjoyed my stay there, and I might book again if I ever come back to Mauritius for work next time.
