6 stars! This is an absolute Diamond! Great staff, 5 Star restaurant! Food was amazinf, delicious, best we place we have ate at in the last year! Rooms was recently updated and is gorgeouse. City is nice neat clean city close to the Tonino arechaeological zone! Thanks for a perfect stay!

The place is really good for staying for true explorers of the surroundings. Although the site of Tonina is closed due to the conflict with the land owner, there are plenty of places to explore. Higher unexcavated pyramid within an 30 minutes walking distance, waterfalls, local villages etc. The only but very important thing to know before visiting the place is that the forest around is full of ticks, so a special repellent and constant check the cloth and the body is a must here. The staff is excellent and gives all the information about the places to go, and offers warmth so you feel more like visiting the good family. The facility is basic but comfy. The restaurant may prepare the meals of the group big enough, or ask for it in advance as they need to buy the food for this special case, as generally there are not many visitors passing by due to the closed Tonina site. Help them to stay afloat and rent a night or two, that's worth it.
