United KingdomThe perfect place to stay when visiting Chichén Itzá is a hotel nearby for the night before your visit. This lets you enjoy one of the Wonders of the World as early as possible in the morning. The hotel is incredibly quiet,at times it feels like you’re completely away from civilization. It’s also fairly new and not very well‑known, so there aren’t many visitors, which makes it even more peaceful.and the distance to Chichén Itzá is 2 min drive via new build road and free parking by the museum

Very nice house, very close to Chichen Itza. Instructions were clear. Checkout was at noon, so we visited the site at 8 am (be there early!), and afterwards, we could use the facilities until noon. Rooms were clean, and the toilet at the small garden was cool :). Kitchen well stocked, maybe the best in Mexico we encountered.
