We loved this place a lot! Beautiful setting on the lake, in the jungle with very nice facilities. A special thank you needs to go out to Ruby and Rudolfo. Their kindness and cooking skills were exceptional. We would love to come back very soon!

The hotel is located a bit outside the town of Bacalar, but that didn’t bother us. It’s a wonderful corner of nature with very friendly staff. The cabin is stylish, with plenty of lounge areas and a lot of privacy. We stayed in January, so it was quite humid and cold to sleep at night. The lagoon water is stunning—clean, with a floating platform and a hammock in the water. Breakfast was excellent and delicious, and the dinner was also of very high quality. Although the price is high compared to the rest of the region, the romance makes it worth it 💙

breakfast was good on both the days. there's always scrambled eggs, cheese slices, sliced luncheon meat (deli), oj, coffee, fruit bowl, bread, jam, butter, amazing corn bread, muesli, yogurt and a toaster to toast ur bread. the views are special here and the waters are perfect throughout the day and early night too. not deep at all so safe for everyone. I really enjoyed the stay, the location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. I definitely recommend it if you prefer a more relaxed and cozy atmosphere rather than a big party hostel.

All the bungalows are next to the laguna. You have large windows and mosquito nets. The bungalows are very clean and spacious. The small fridge was very much appreciated. You have canoes, SUPs, and live vests at your disposal. Parking is convenient.
