Stylish, clean, and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and the towels were soft and fluffy. Shower gel, soap and drinking water was provided. There was also a Smart TV so you can watch Netflix.

Señora Laura is the most accommodating, lovely and caring host I’ve ever came across. We fell ill the night before we were meant to arrive and couldn’t make it for our original booking. She accommodated us nonetheless, after our original dates and without charging any extra money. The accommodation is truly lovely for what you pay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The patio is lovely and you can hang wet clothes outside, on a rope. The kitchen comes with everything you need, drinking water included. Location is perfect, it’s just a minute walk from Cenote Zaci and 5 minutes from the main square. The accommodation comes with its own parking. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic family run gem situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The owners were very friendly and spoke fantastic English! This guesthouse complex is close to the main square and is around the corner from a great restaurant and mercado. The local cenote is a 12 minute walk away which is a bonus! There were lots of nice touches like mosquito spray and music in the communal garden. Rustic and authentic feeling with very helpful friendly staff

I liked that it was a boutique hotel and that the staff was very attentive. The hotel has 2 pools, a normal one and another one that was a cave before. Because it is a small hotel we actually had the pools for ourselves when we wanted to use them which increase privacy and the holiday feeling.
