The house was excellent. Spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept perfectly. The owner was outstanding—quick to respond, very helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The surroundings were calm and quiet, which made it a great place to rest and work. A standout feature was the fast, stable internet connection—something that’s surprisingly rare in Mexico. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Abraham and Rosita were fantastic hosts. Incredibly kindhearted. The garden was just sooo pretty and the pool was immaculate. We loved our stay here. Rosita is a wonderful cook - her food was delicious.

Very Clean a unique jungle experience. Trees and rock lined paths made it feel like a jaguar was around the next tree. Price was great and I would stay again.

breakfast was a home-cooked omelette with black beans on the side, it was very tasty. There was a fruit plase before the main plate. We were offered a choice of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The room was spotless and charming. iy is an idyllic setting.

Beautiful setting. Comfortable beds and great cooling system - we used the fan mainly though there was a/c to supplement when the heat is intense. Delicious breakfast and good restaurant for lunch and dinner. Refreshing swimming pool. Great location close to Uxmal and Kabah. Easy parking.

We liked this hotel so much. The location is just perfect, right next to the Uxmal ruins and not far from Choco story (museum of chocolate). So in the morning we visited the ruins came back to the hotel, jumped to the swimming pool, drank pina colada and then visited the Choco story. The hotel has got also restaurant and I have to tell you that the food was super delicious. The hotel is in quiet place so in the evening you can hear so many birds and wild life. We have seen big toads on the grass!!! So cool. And on top of that the hotel wasn´t crowded at all we were there almost alone so we had the three swimming pools by ourselfs. I spent there almost two hours, just swimming and listing to birds...amazing. The rooms were nicely decorated. They gave us fruit plate as a greetings which was so nice.
