Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location, about 10 minute walk to the main square. Staff were so lovely, especially Eduardo. We were upgraded and given vouchers for a free margherita which were delicious. Breakfast was the best we had in our 3 weeks stay in Mexico. Room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable.

We spent 2 nights at the Blue Ecolodge and these nights were exceptional. First of all, Ahidel and Harry are very special persons. They are so warm, welcoming and generous, they make you feel like family. They also helped us for planning activities such as a tour at Chichen Itza, a city tour of Valladolid and lots of recommendations around the Yucatan peninsula. The rooms were amazing, super clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning, hot water…all the necessary for comfortable stay. The included breakfast was generous and of high quality. We also had, with extra fees, great holiday dinners and a delicious New Year brunch. The little town where the lodge is situated seemed safe, we went for a morning walk and saw a beautiful old church. It is really close to Valladolid and a good central point for a lot of other activities, like ruins, cenotes and cultural discoveries. Unfortunately, our stay at the Blue was too short and we were really sad to leave this place. We have met wonderful people there and we really had a good time. Thanks again for those beautiful moments, and hope we’ll have an opportunity to go back and spend more time at the Blue Ecolodge. Mélissa, Benjamin and family

This is an old school place that reminds me of an old Palm Springs motel. It has a bit of a mid century vibe, lovely greenery and an excellent breakfast. The staff is amazing. Ask for a back room, with more privacy and quiet. This is also a very clean hotel on the only nice street in town with their own parking. Shopping and restaurants are all on the same street. Shower is good. Air con is good. Their lobby shop has nice artesian made things that make great gifting.
