The rooms are basic with the needed amenities but has an abundance of charm. The house has many different seating areas and antiques that have been passed down for generations. The facility was clean and has everything a traveler needed: clean bath, showroom, bed and I even got refrigerator, hot water pot. I have a porch where I could enjoy a cup of afternoon tea or morning coffee. The best wasn't all the above. The best was one of the temp staff there whose name was "Mr. Glass". I apologize if I spell his name wrong. I am a foreigner and don't know the area or anything well so just by coincidence I asked him about the wildlife in all different national parks since I was a bit disappointed with Etosha. Oh man, did he give me advice and suggestions. I hit jackpot!!! If you are on your way to north, stop by here and talk to Mr. Glass. You won't regret it!!!

Great stopover between Etosha and Caprivi Strip. The room was lovely with a good bed, hot shower and yummie snacks waiting for us. The food was good and the owner was very friendly.

This property was absolutely one of our favourite stops in our trip around the country. It is so uniquely an artsy, rustic boutique place to stay. The staff Geraldine, Nico and others are phenomenal, so welcoming and friendly. Our meals were delicious, the rooms cozy and comfortable. All of the metalwork art, seating areas, etc made the place a delight. It was the perfect place to stop for the night before our morning visit out to the Ju/Hoasi-San Living Museum.

Staying at Ghaub was one of the best decisions we made in our Namibia trip. After a couple of busy days in Etosha, this was then PERFECT place to relax. It was our honeymoon and the staff made us feel special (gifts in our room, a lovely romantic dinner with candlelight, etc). Magical. The work they do for the rhinos is amazing too. We took it easy during our stay: hung out at the pool, did some hiking on their reserve (nothing special). Perhaps the highlight was the constant pressence of the warthogs and ground squirrels. When reading a book at the pool in the sun, it's so much fun to see 10 warthogs chilling in the grass 30 feet away from you. Ghaub was lovely. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Very beautyful place with n,ice staff and great host Mr. Felix. I like the garden and beautyful view from rooms. Felix (the host and owner) is amazing person which always ready to help and support you with nleverything you need.
