My stay at this unique hotel was simply perfect in every way! The historic castle atmosphere immediately transports you to another time, without having to sacrifice any modern comforts – every detail is lovingly preserved and renovated to the highest standards. The food was an absolute Top 👍 : regional, creative, fresh, and of star-level quality – a culinary experience we won’t forget anytime soon. The service was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional – you feel truly cared for and warmly welcomed. Clean, the kindest hostess (Stellina = amazing) , location, materials (luxury soaps, linnen, beautiful interiors), shower, bed, quiet made an effort to provide vegetarian breakfast: this is what hospitality should be like. I look forward to staying there again and super curious about the attic which is currently being converted to a luxury space for guest. I would love it if in the future they could add a room available for people who can’t do stairs so I can take my parents there.

We were greeted by the hosts who are very helpful, friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. The room was of a very high standard, tastefully decorated and with a large bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, my wife and I both agreed it was one of best we have had in all of our trips.

Super nice room and bathroom. Breakfast room is very cosy and also offers a nice bar and biljart. Breakfast was really nice with all kind of fresh options, and the home made scramble eggs with bacon. In the same street there are some nice restaurants with terras. I very much enjoyed the dinner in restaurant "Bie de Burgemeester". Excellent food and wines.

Beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. Horses on the grass directly behind the parking. Beer, wine and other drinks in the fridge for us. Extraordinary huge breakfast in the lovely breakfast room. Large modern shower. Super in every way.

Large well apportioned room with good facilities and comfy bed Great hearty breakfast in a cosy setting A very attentive & helpful host - Chantal went out of her way to make this a perfect stay and accomodate our needs Quiet location with easy parking and good access to nearby attractions e.g. Valkenberg, Maastricht - mostly we ditched the car, walked & used the great local transport Lots to see in the surrounding area - hopefully we'll get back
