Apartment was perfect. Easy to get to from the airport. We rented a car and had ample space for parking. It was equally easy to get to by public transport as there is a bus stop out the front. Access to the apartment was super easy as the door just needed a code. The size of the apartment was great. We had separate space for sleeping, sitting and eating. The bed was super comfy. It was high (no issues), we would have loved having a bedside table or shelf. There were so many powerpoints! The kitchen was compact, but had all we needed. The bathroom was amazing. Shower hot and we appreciated the heated floor and mood lighting. The apartment was tastefully decorated - everything matched. We had no issues with the temperature inside - it was perfect. We never heard anything from the other apartments. We loved the aspect. It was very peaceful looking out on the water and we were entertained by a seal and deer during our stay. We could also watch the planes taking off and landing! We were pleasantly surprised to see the northern lights in the direction of Tromso! There was also a large shop just down the road that stocked absolutely everything! They are open late everyday, except closed on Sundays. We were impressed to see the driveway and car park were kept clear from snow.

There are no words for how beautiful and magical this place is! it was most definitely the highlight of my trip and I think my favourite accommodation I have ever stayed at…. and I travel a LOT! The owner met us and made sure we got groceries before we went to the boat, the space he has created is just incredible. An old farm house, in a great location. Perfect for relax and Aurora hunting. You will have to find your way to the house, but the contact with the owner was very good. Keep in mind there are no shops, so bring own food. And you can get there by bus from Tromso but without a car you will be limited in visiting the area.
