Everything was outstanding. Could not fault even slightly. Loved every minute. The staff all round were incredible. Even though a 1 hour drive from airport it was well worth it.

Staff, the young man looking after the property was helpful and pleasent. There was a problem with the bulb &he changed it we asked for garbage bags and he gave us. No complains on him at all.

A large and clean apartment that you can see the old city of Mirbat from its window and from the other window the beautiful ocean plays to your eyes! There are some beautiful viewpoint and exciting capes & gulfs near the hotel inside Mirbat city. Also, the stylish and clean, La Perla restaurant next to the hotel is a good choice for dining inside the ocean.

Good extensive breakfast, friendly and very helpful staff who will do anything for you. It's an amazing location right at the edge of Jabal Samhan, with breathtaking views over the lower lands down the cliff and the city of Mirbat, which magically lights up in the distance at night. Probably the only hotel in the region or even the country at a location like this one.
