Staff were helpful in sorting issues and moved us from the original rooms booked to a more acceptable unit to due separation of the family and accessiblilty.. When the pools were usable, they were very good. The rooms were clean and tidy and bedrooms air-conditioned. Access to our unit was excellent compared to any other
