The unit is clean, comfortable and spacious enough for a family of 4 or a couple. I personally like the lights in because it has 3 modes and i always go for the ambient yellow light cos it is easier on the eyes. walking distance to SM Muntinlupa, may alfamart, dunkin donuts, ATM, laundry, pickup coffee and water station sa baba. very convenient at kahit hindi kna lumabas ng leaf residences kasi everything is there for your staycation. and the unit we stayed in is very very near the elevator very convenient for us pag may nalilimutang bitbitin.

I really liked the room overall — it was not too large and not too small, just the right size. It was very clean and well organized, and everything we needed was available. The owner and caretaker were well-mannered, very approachable, and communicated well throughout our stay.
