as of now the place is not near complete, but it will be an awesome place to stay in the near future once the place is finished. the staffs are very helpfull, they will help you get around to town, the pick up and drop off to the airport really help as theres no means of transportation to the airport on the town unless you have your own ride.

Location - walk 5min to bus stop to Legazpi, to food & restaurants. However, not much to see in area- have to take tuktuk to beach. Staff, Uncle Edwin was very nice and obliging. Good value for money.
