The apartment is located on the second level in the block of flats. It is fully equipped and renovated. Also it is nicely decorated with candles and real flowers. There are 2 sofa beds - one in the living room, another one in the bedroom. The hosts are super friendly. The accommodation is truly pet friendly, The pet bowls and the pet mat are available. The view from the apartment is to the windows of another apartment. The garden is in the walking distance across the road. The pound in the pictures are 5 km away. It is located in the private area, it is nice,, you can fish there. The village next to the pond have some historical landmarks. The view from the pond is amazing. There are WIFI in the flat, but it is slow and weak. We found a bottle of wine and candies when we self-checked in. I do not recommend self-check in as you will not be able to find the garden and the pond yourself. There are minimarket in the next block of flats, you will see it from your window. The surroundings of the property are the old garages and the mini barns with chickens and rabbits. There are also public playground and work out equipment.

Our 4-day stay was exceptional at Rogalovka. The owner, Kasia is a very attentive, proactive and helpful host; we had super easy and lovely communication before we arrived & after. Also, her eye for detail in terms of decoration is beautiful, everything looked stunning in the house and outside as well. I also super appreciated that she thought of adding an air purifier into the living room due to having that gorgeous fire place. The kitchen and living room was fully equipped (lots of Smeg appliances), even a PS5 with games for rainy days! The bed was very pleasant as well, though one of the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The sauna on the property is also just stunning; while you are enjoying a relaxed time using essential oils provided at the property, you are also looking down the lake which was very calming. We were there during autumn, but I saw that in the summer she is also giving an option to use a little boat with fishing gear - there is just so many things you can do there! We went for several walks with our dog enjoying the calm surrounding, used the outside grill for cooking dinner and went for some cakes to the nearest biggest city (Elk; 15mins by car). All in all, I would 100% recommend Rogalovka, and for sure we will be back in the summer!
