The villa was in a convenient location, very easy to get Ubers to drive around. I liked that it is secured with a code and key, but the neighborhood is very safe anyways. The villa itself has a modern design, very cool and scenic sitting area in front and back yard. Inside, they have everything you need: television, WiFi, full kitchen with cutlery and cookware. It’s very clean and like a hotel. I liked there there is a washer/dryer onsite too. And the property owner is very welcoming, friendly and informative. Would come back again! Everything is just as the pictures show.

I had an amazing experience with the communication and accommodation by the host of this property. We had a list minute change of plans for our second portion of the trip and the host was available and willing to help us extend our stay. They were communicative and had a very quick response time. The location was central and it felt very safe.

Lucy is very accomodating. I arrived in the airport around 1AM yet she still manage to answer my call and accomodate me in the hotel even if ny check in time will start 3PM on that day. She gave me the area to sleep rather than waiting in the airport. She is very nice and respectful to guests like me.The property is also close to Old San juan and Condado beach which added convenience on my part as I am doing uber for transportation.

Location is perfect! Easily walk to everything. Nice little coffee shop right across the street. Very cool old building with tons of character. The rooftop patio is a great place hang out at the end of the day. Beds are very comfortable and the AC gets the place good and cold. The in-home washer/dryer is convenient. Homeowner is very nice and is quickly responsive.

the location is amazing, i went to Escambron beach and it was beautiful (only like a 15 minute walk) I also recommend trying misfit kitchen if it’s open during your stay, it’s right in the parking lot. The staff were also incredible friendly and helpful! And bring your reusable water bottles, they have a fresh cold water dispenser right in the lobby (they also offered me bottled water free of charge)

Loved the location, easy to get to the beach and a lot of great restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was very modern and clean and had a shared kitchen space and also provided beach towels and sunscreens. The room was perfect for our stay and they even offered us a free parking space. I really enjoyed the stay!!
