Well located, clean, modern and well equipped. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms.

The house was clean, comfortable and large and well equipped. The location was perfect, on its own with an orange grove in front and birds singing with the lovely scent of orange blossom. It was just five minutes to river side restaurants and a supermarket. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening with the sun setting in front of us. The terrace was also a suntrap during the day. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking meals and preparing drinks. Microwave, hob and oven fridge freezer, kettle and coffee machine. We found it difficult to find fault. Even the beds were comfortable. The bedrooms also had TV as well as one in the main sitting area. We really liked it and want to return.

We liked the fact that the check in was in person and the welcome from Roberto and his care in the presentation of the house. The friendliness and availability were excellent! Details available in the house as the firewood, various kitchen utensils and groceries make a big difference. The space is cozy and very comfortable, both inside and outside. We will certainly come back!

We loved the friendliness of Paulo, the host. He helped us on identifying and booking the amusement we could experience in the area. The breakfast was quite good. The old house was renovated with taste, quality and care. The room where we stayed was small but quite confortable for a couple. We keep the site as a reference for further visits.

Mr Luís is an incredible host, and he went beyond and above. Upon check-in, he left a small welcome basket with a few breakfast items that were well received. The house is extremely clean and spacious. Well located with a nearby café, parking, restaurants and river pool. Definitely coming back again!

Everything there, the studio, swimmingpool, area, close from the village of beautiful Constancia. And a beautiful surprise with drinks and food. So lovely.
