A wonderful, authentic resort in a cool neighborhood of Chiang Rai, with amazing staff! The bungalows are very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, the food in the restaurant is flavourful, the garden is so pretty and relaxing and the pool is superb!

Great value for money, great location and staff

Alex and his family welcomed us in their lovely guesthouse. The room is comfortable and spacious with indoor and outdoor seating in the garden, great ac and wifi. The beds are hard (true south east Asia style) but it's exactly how we like it, so perfect for us, and you are given two blankets to choose how warm you want to be. Shower has great water pressure and hot water, and a hairdryer and towels are provided. Alex's wife and kids will prepare and serve a lovely breakfast of eggs and toast in the lovely patio. Tea, coffee and water are always available. Truly a lovely place to stay, tucked away in a quite street 10 minutes from the center of Chiang Rai, this is truly a lovely place to stay.

Very comfy villa. Super comfortable and big enough with an amazing terrace. Quiet and peaceful. It’s a bit away from the city center, but if you have a bike it’s no problem.

Everything…….It’s perfect. It has everything you need just like living in your own house. I didn’t use it all but I did use the washing machine and it has all the racks, washing basket etc to dry everything on the veranda, Paul even supplies complimentary detergent and softener, even has board games if you’re couple or family, a far better option than a hotel. This place really does have it all. It’s so quiet at night as it’s in a residential area but also nice and close to the town with a 7-11 just up the road.

We loved the relaxing vibe of Saikaew Resort. If you’re looking to get away from the city hustle and bustle this is the place to be! It’s very quiet, and serene.

Amazing breakfasts spread with fresh home made bread and strong coffee! Big bonus marks for that. Room also great with comfy beds and air con that works well. Shower also had good pressure.

Price is cheap. Room is clean.

Januspur Court is located approximately a 15 to 20 minute walk from the bus terminal in the center of town. If you are not a walker you can easily find public transportation to the location for around 80 baht. The owner/host speaks very good English and is polite and friendly. The rooms are nicely furnished, very clean with a comfortable bed. You get all of this for a price about half of what similar accommodations in the immediate area are charging.
