This was a hidden little gem. A bit far removed and difficult to get a grab. But the staffand facilities were great! The kids loved it too!

Pleasant home environment, everything perfectly clean. The owners are very helpful and nice. They took us to a local morning market without tourists. Amazing homemade food, one of the best we have eaten in Thailand so far. Tourist free area.

Liked everything here, beautiful, modern, spotless accommodation - the rave reviews do not do it justice!. We had the two adjacent rooms opposite the lovely café. Our accommodation also included a big common area and table and chairs outside. Perfect! The bedrooms and bathroom were top class. The café is really nice too. The whole place has a 30m driveway which means it is well away from the road. The historical park is about 2km away - we took bikes from the hotel for B50 . They were the usual heavy Thai bikes. However, these bikes are properly maintained, everything worked, even the gears. We really enjoyed cycling to and around the historical park on them .

Such a gem in Ayuthaya! Real feel of authentic and loved Thai place. We did enjoy room, outdoor sitting and the staff. Breakfast in the morning are more than enough with homemade banana bread as a sweet add on. Tea/coffee available complimenary all day and all sights accessible easily. Amazing value for money.

Ya and her husband are the most incredible hosts. Breakfast and dinner included, which is not only great value for money, but also creates such a lovely environment where everyone eats together. It's absolutely worth staying in Ayutthaya for at least a night or two and Plus made it even better!
