The staff was very helpful and attentive. We also received a free upgrade to a suite. The two rooms we had and all public areas are individually designed with care. Very nice pool as well and good food at reasonable prices.

The hospitality of the hotel was amazing. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. They were always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The breakfast in the morning was great. With a variety of jams, cheeses, fresh veg, pastry and lots lots more. We also had evening meals here at the hotel which again were super delicious. The rooms were breath-taking, the decor and set up were a dream. The view from the rooms were also magical. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a magical experience. We enjoyed sitting at the terrace both in the mornings and evenings to see the view. They were also very helpful with transfers back and fourth to where ever we wanted. We want to say a huge thank you to Huseyin Abi, Omer Abi, Faruk, Sahin and the lovely ladies of the house keeping team. We will certainly be back very soon! And have recommended to friends and family.

The hotel room is amazing; warm room, cozy feel, all necessities available. The staff is extremely helpful when you need something, whether its asking for a taxi or requesting dinner. Overall great experience!

The hotel is amazing and the family who owns it are phenomenal! They really made our stay fabulous--we felt like we were a part of the family. They really care about making your stay comfortable and they are incredibly accomodating. The rooms were wonderful; taking a jacuzzi is a must! The breakfast was delicious! Everything was great!

The Nujel'm is an excellent hotel. Beautifully built with great rooms and lots of shared terraces and courtyards in the property to use. The staff is beyond excellent and is willing to do whatever you need to make your stay amazing. Super friendly and great people! The location was good and is a 5 minute walk away from the small downtown of Mustafapasa but you will need a car to see the rest of the area. We did not eat at the hotel as there are much cheaper options in the downtown area.

Great breakfast but we wish there is a menu for the hot items. Room is very spacious. There is also a separate gym for female only, which is very considerate.
