If you’re looking for a place where every single staff member is truly exceptional and goes above and beyond for you, this is it! Everything here is top-notch—the food is incredibly delicious and spotlessly clean. If there’s anything not quite to your liking, all you have to do is ask once, and they will do whatever it takes to make you happy. The animation team works tirelessly to keep you entertained. In the restaurant, your drinks are brought straight to your table. At the bars, you’ll enjoy the finest drinks—and if one isn’t to your taste, they’ll replace it in an instant. At the reception, warm smiles welcome you constantly, and they check in on your satisfaction all day long. The hotel and the surrounding area are exceptionally family-friendly, meaning you’ll feel completely safe and relaxed throughout your entire vacation. Honestly, the photos on Booking don’t do this place justice at all—it’s far more beautiful and impressive in person. Most importantly for me, every staff member was wonderfully welcoming and helpful, something I have never experienced to this degree at any other hotel.
