From the moment of entrance, the staffs were very accomodating. All of them from the bell boy to the reception to the general manager. Rooms are extremely clean, bathrooms spotless. The amenities really helped during our long stay, we could buy our own groceries and prepare our own breakfast. The fridge really helps and the washing machine too. Security was tip top, there was a smoke smell in the walkway which we didnt smell but the reception person made sure to knock on our doors in wee hours just to make sure everything is safe. We really appreciated the security here in this residence hotel. We also left our luggages for a few days to fly to cappadocia, and took our luggages when we came back 3 days later. This has helped us tremendously as we got to fly to cappadocia with light luggages instead of carrying all the big luggages. Thank you so much to all the personnel in this place. Really amazing service. Wifi works great. There are areas at the lobby for me to work with plugpoints all around and bonus cafe to get coffee while working. Housekeeping also makes the bed super neat everyday, the sink is always clean. Kudos to the whole team in this residence.

The place is just amazing. The location is premium! The rooms are gorgeous and clean. The staff is really nice and warm and very helpful! Our most gratitude goes to the general manager! We really enjoyed our stay at Mayar Residence. All the staff (Mohammed, Ahmed, Omer and Sue) have been extremely friendly and cooperative. Mayar Residence is the cleanest hotels I have stayed in during my visits to Istanbul. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and had everything one needed for a long stay like ours. The view from the wide windows was so astonishing that we always felt we were part of the lively but not noisy surroundings. The location was perfect because of its close vicinity to both Forum Istanbul Mall and Kocatepe metro station. I highly recommend Mayar Residence for all the above reason in addition to its value for money.
