Everything was wonderful, the ice machine situation was different- it's by the fitness center, and it's not your typical ice buckets that are in your room. I'm not sure if I missed some instructional . The room was clean, comfortable, felt safe. Hundred percent would recommend this again.

The room was larger than expected. I was impressed with the attention to cleanliness of the facility based on the fact that there were several dogs staying there when we were there. Any accidents were quickly cleaned up.

Breakfast was simple but fine and filling. The desk clerk gave me excellent advice to visit the Canyon Rim Visitors' Center and told me of a road that would lead down to the river. Nice to have an insight on opportunities that the tour books don't mention!
