Clean and the staff were kind. The rooms were clean and the hotel was clean. We had the whirlpool to our selves and the pool was empty all to our selves. I like that the hotel manager put us in a first-floor room with a handicapped accessible bathroom. It made it so much easier for me to shower and get dressed. I heard from a hotel manager from another chain that she worked in 3 different hotels where the accessible rooms weren't on the first floor :(. I loved that we got as many towels and tissue paper as we wanted from staff. The vending machine food was cheaper than another extended stay we were at before. The cleaning crew was always attentive. Even though I didn't use the laundry room, it was nice to know it was there. If they added a gym and just an open space lobby or created a sitting area in the back, just to get out the room sometimes, that would be great!
