We were there over the Labor Day weekend, after the Chautauqua Institute programs (and crowds) were gone. So, it was very quiet and enjoyable time to visit. Camille is an excellent inn keeper. Her breakfasts were exceptional and on par with the best of our B&B experiences. The rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean. The personalized bedrooms are interesting. Made us feel like we were sleeping over at a friend's or relative's (very nice) historic house. The location is perfect with easy access to the Athenaeum Hotel, waterfront, bell tower and other Chautauqua Institute facilities.

Pretty much everything. Josh was amazing and accommodated our schedule when we unfortunately were out of opening hours. He was very kind and helpful. The house is beautiful and well maintained and clean. The breakfast was amazing.
