It took us a bit of asking around to navigate the latch system correctly, but once we figured it out, it was easy. It was a really clean and beautiful room that was well stocked with sweets and goodies. The host reached back at appropriate times when we had questions and was very kind. We will definitely use this room again when we have to stay in Birmingham!
