The hotel resort was nice and quiet. My father was celebrating his 71 st birthday and he just wanted to relax and watch the waves white cap . We enjoyed the kitchen, my daughter and i cooked for my mom and dad. The store was literally 4 min away. Shopping was about 5 min away, tons of restaurants everything was 4 to 5 min away great location. I mentioned we were celebrating my father’s birthday at check in, when we woke up the next morning there was a balloon 🎈 with a card attached telling my dad happy birthday and to stop by the front desk to receive a gift.He was like a kid at Christmas, thanks guys this really meant a lot to me. We’ll definitely be back soon . If you’re looking for an exclusive cozy spot on the beach with great service this is your spot. Every one was very nice. Thanks again

Room was spotless and smelled so good. We felt very safe and the rooms are so quiet ,no night noise at all. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. We feel like we have found a home away from home.

The “little” full kitchen in the room. The walk to the beach so easy. The parking access. Checking in was easy. Gave us our parking pass since we got there early. Called to tell us our room was ready. The pricing was great. The ease of getting to the room from the parking lot.

My experience here was horrible! I booked my room from booking.com the website looked nice. I pulled up after a 7 hour drive checked in went to the room and instantly left. The room was disgusting there was stains on the beds and the chair for the desk. I had my kids with me and made sure they didn’t touch anything. Not to mention the smell of weed was everywhere people were smoking out front. There were a group of people fighting and arguing in the parking lot. It was a horrible experience and they refused to refund any money.

The security personnel walk the parking lot and the building and outside keeping an eye on everything. The janitorial staff is up at 6am cleaning the pools and emptying the trash and power washing the area spotless. The nightly DJ did a great job at keeping people dancing and enjoying themselves. Staff was very helpful and polite.

The rooms looked to be remodeled as stated. The rain showerhead/walk in shower was a great feature. The outside appearance of the building needed work. The lobby was small but that was expected due to size of building. The website needs to be revised to say Motel and Not Hotel. The parking lot was small but I appreciated the fact that we didn't have to deal with a big parking garage that takes forever to go in and get out of. Quick walk to the beach was a plus. Tyrell, at check in, was very nice and speedy. Very courteous guy.
