The setting is amazing. We stayed in one of the cottages and watch the sunrise in the morning from our lanai. At night one only hears the birds and the quiet. We also had fresh picked oranges and longan fruit as well as avocados from the orchards on the property. Location is good for exploring the east side of Hawaii Island including Waipo Valley, several waterfalls (don't miss Akaka falls) Hilo and the volcano.

Location and facilities. We are a volleyball team and wanted a large room where girls could stay together. Also large living area and wrap around deck for leisure time. Girls were comfortable here and staff had plenty room too. Full kitchen facilities and dining area were ample. Easy check in and check out process.
