We had a good time in this lovely house, we loved being at home, swimming in the garden and grilling. The location is excellent, on a quiet street in Pinellas, close to good shopping (Publix, Target..) and dining options (e.g. Olive & Garden). Upon arrival, we found a few things wrong and the cleaning was quite superficial, the bedspread was stained. The next day, Vacasa sent a super service man (Eric), a pool cleaner, and the owner himself came to help us. Maybe someone could check the house before handing it over, as long as the previous guest doesn't report the broken bed rails and burnt out light bulbs...

The hotel and our room were very clean and the staff was friendly and customer service was fantastic. Housekeeping came almost every day to make sure we had fresh towels and linens. Breakfast was also great and served later on the weekends which is nice if you need some extra sleep. We were beyond satisfied with our stay.
