MexicoThe location was amazing—just 7 minutes from the airport. There were also many restaurants, including several fast-food chains, and stores nearby. The staff were friendly and kind, and the room was excellent, clean, and spacious. The swimming pool was also nice and well-maintained. Overall, the hotel was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again!

United StatesSuch a lovely, romantic place to stay! It’s such a gem to find a place like this amongst generic hotels. Everything was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The rooms have modern amenities like Nest digital thermostats and streaming services, and our room (the Serenity suite) was even larger than we expected from the photos. We felt so welcomed and taken care of by the staff. Everyone was very kind and attentive. We will definitely stay here again if we can the next time we come to Sacramento!

I've stayed once before at this hotel. Location was fine, there are restaurants adjacent to the parking lot. There's a self-serve grab-n-go style breakfast available. I also liked the mobile security camera/station deployed in the parking lot and that there is a security guard on site. This hotel chain is similar to Extended Stay, only nicer. Like the abbreviated kitchen with full size refridgerator.

Being as West Sacramento is generally very warm, the heavily shaded parking lot was very much appreciated. The staff on check-in were a bit testy but the rest of the visit they were quite friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t have a chance to use it, the pool looked very inviting.

Toilet had feces on it. We got in at 1:15 am from our flight. Lots of rough looking people hanging out in the parking lot. It looked unsafe.

Wonderful house right in the very city center. Walking distance to main attractions. The room is excellent and meticulously clean. Free parking oustside (mind the parking restrictions thou, you'll find em in the room).

Not a good place to stay drug trafficking partying going on all night long in the parking lot. The same people that were in the parking lot when I checked in at 5:00 p.m. we're still in the parking lot at 4:00 a.m. when I left . The pool was so filthy dirty all the ice machines were broken except for one at the very end of the building. Not sure how this Motel is even open

Location was amazing, you walk straight out into old town Sacramento. Massive room with views of the Paddle Wheel and Golden Bridge. (honestly think we got the best room) Comfortable bed, huge bathroom.
Staff were great, even when there was issues with the valet. One staff member came out to assist with valet parking when it was very busy.
Lovely Bar with amazing views.
There was a Mermaid, Merman and pirate convention while we were here.
Would definitely just go back to Sacramento just to stay here again.
