We recently stayed at the Antalya Grand Palace Hotel in Urgench, and our experience was a mixed bag. To start with, the room we were assigned was decent but unfortunately faced a busy road, which resulted in a constant noise level day and night. This made it quite challenging to relax and enjoy our stay fully. We had hoped for a more peaceful environment. On a brighter note, the hotel staff were commendable. Farangiz, in particular, stood out with her exceptional service and friendliness. She was always available to assist and made our stay feel a bit more welcoming.
