Hotels with Parking in Hanoi

Very good location and friendly staff!

The location worked really well for us and made getting around quite easy. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Our room was comfortable, and breakfast had a decent variety each morning. The doormen were particularly friendly and always greeted us when we came and went. Everything was pretty straightforward and comfortable during our stay.

I chose this hotel for my stay and was not disappointed. Convenient location to get to the places you want to visit. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. Staff were very warm, friendly and always willing to help. The management were very helpful, honest and easy to work with throughout my trip and my ever changing plans.

Lovely location, amazing staff and Ms. Jenny ensured that we were looked after well.

The breakfast is exceptional. Variety from around the world and fresh to make options just the way you like.

The staff was extraordinary welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and I could even ask for eggs done the way I liked. I will book the same hotel when I come back.

In the heart of Hanoi, specious rooms, big and comfy bed, amazing staff

The staff was very kind, I felt as if I were visiting family! The room was just as seen in the pictures ! The hotel also was very close to the city center and easy to get to all tourist attractions.

David and Hannie have provided me with excellent support and guidance.

Clean room, cold AC, comfortable bed, friendly faces. Sometimes that’s all you need.

Everything you might possibly need in the old town was close by, making the location ideal. Staffs are amazing. Especially Tracy and Quyn, they made it all possible for us to have such a wonderful day!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir haben ein kostenfreies Zimmerupgrade erhalten, sowie einen früheren Checkin. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend dimensioniert und in einem guten Zustand.

The location is very good in old quarter and away from noise. Staff are very helpful. We got some good tips from staff here specially Dan.

Firstly, the staffs were very accommodating especially Andrew, Liza, Michael and another guy (forgot the name). The place is cozy and has the best location. Very near at all places in the old quarter. Walking distance and easy to book grab.. They also booked the aiport transpo for us. Responds via message quickly. They are good in english too!

The staff is extremely helpful. Excellent service. We made a special request for last minute laundry and they helped with great efficiency

I booked a bed last minutes ,I contacted with Ms Nu by what sapp that i world arrive late 4-5AM . They replied soon and said Yes . They opened and I checked in Ok no problem

Newly renovated , very clean and beautiful inside . Very friendly staff from check-in to breakfast . The staff is very mindful of dietary restrictions for individuals. I would like to recognize Liz from reception for her dedication and outstanding performance

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon, and I can confidently say the service went above and beyond our expectations. From the beginning, the staff helped us make reservations at local restaurants, always ensuring we had the best experiences. Additionally, they surprised us with a special detail in our room to celebrate our honeymoon, which made us feel truly valued. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to all tastes and preferences. It was the perfect way to start our day and added to the overall wonderful experience. One moment that particularly stood out was when we had an excursion to Halong Bay and faced language barriers in coordinating with our driver. The hotel team took care of communicating with him directly to ensure we knew exactly where to meet. They even brought our luggage to the meeting point, making everything seamless and stress-free. This level of care and attention is something we’ve never experienced at any other hotel. They truly made our stay unforgettable, and I cannot wait to recommend this place to anyone seeking top-tier hospitality.

We got an upgrade to the best room of the hotel. Spent only one night, but was the best of our trip. Every detail was perfect. Delicious bed and bed sheets, amazing bathtub and amenities. Huge balcony. Location was perfect, next to everything but in a slightly calmer part of the old town. Service was also impeccable. It was the best value for money.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean, beautiful view, we love chicken Phở here. Tết is much more memorable for us. Thanks for your services.

I like staying in this place because the place is so clean and it has a good service by the owner.
