jerry was very sweet and helpful!

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. From the very first moment we arrived until the moment we were dropped off at the airport, we felt genuinely cared for, welcomed, and appreciated 🥹🙏🏼 The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and special. Their kindness, warmth and attention to every little detail exceeded all our expectations. We were honestly amazed by the level of hospitality we experienced – it felt as if we were being looked after by family. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more memorable. The rooms are already beautiful, stylish, and exceptionally well designed, but the upgraded room we received was simply stunning. We would especially like to highlight how incredibly comfortable the beds were – among the best we have ever slept in 🙊 making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment of our stay. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It was varied, delicious and offered something for everyone. Every morning there were new options to try 👍🏼 A very special thank you goes to Cindy at the reception, who was incredibly professional, kind and always ready to help with a smile. She made us feel at home from day one and took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Dong, the lovely young gentleman, whose friendliness, positive energy and genuine hospitality made our experience even more memorable. He was always attentive, helpful, positive and made us feel truly valued as guests. We left the hotel with beautiful memories and grateful hearts. Thank you for making our stay in Hanoi so special. We will always remember your kindness and hope to return one day. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Hanoi – this hotel offers not only excellent service, beautiful rooms and delicious food, but also a team of wonderful people who make you feel genuinely welcomed, appreciated, and cared for. 🫶🏼

Neu renoviertes Hotel an sehr ruhiger Lage. Zimmer vollständig abdunkelbar.
