We were there during Tet, and had the place to ourselves until the last day, when many Vietnamese families arrived to celebrate Tet together. The staff were amazing, ensuring we had everything we needed, and one staff member even gave us a special Bánh Tét (glutinous rice cake with pork belly and mung beans filling, cooked in banana leaf for 24 hours) that his wife had made. The food was lovely, and during our 4-day stay, we were able to sample many of the dishes available. We were in one of the farm cabins, which was roomy, with the most comfortable bed. I had the best nights’ sleeps I had experienced for a long time. The most wonderful thing was the smiles we received every time we came in contact with any of the staff. With many hugs as we checked out, we really did feel as though we arrived as guests and left as family.

Everything here is very good. I feel very relaxed and comfortable at the homestay. the front desk staff and family are very friendly, the front desk staff recommended me a lot of beautiful places to visit and experience it. Our host was always available to arrange motorbike rentals and provided ample information for an independent tour. Motorbikes were in good shape. The pool was an absolute necessity for cooling off during the very hot April we were there. Paradise Cave is an awesome day trip on your own by motorbike.

what an amazing property! Such a cool and unique vibe! Very clean and super comfortable! All rooms have their own balcony and big sliding glass doors facing the river. Full kitchen you can use for whatever you need, refrigerator full of beverages, stove, pots, pans,cups, mugs, utensils, spices, tea, coffee, kettle. Phương is an amazing host who is constantly adding charming touches to the property. He even helped me arrange a bus ride for myself and my motorbike to Ninh Binh. Great host to hang out with and excellent English. I cannot say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY recommend!

Location Location Location The views of the river and karst mountains is exceptional Lovely family, helped organise tours and buses. Plus they pick you up from the bus stop!

Amazing option if you want to relax and enjoy the nature. The location is really good, far enough away from busy roads and noisy tourist spots. The property is located by the river and has its own pier. The view from my bungalow was fantastic (river and mountains on the other side).
