This was an absolute gem of a place. Beautifully situated and tastefully furnished. It had everything we needed to relax, be comfortable, and BBQ to our heart's desire. It was pretty secluded and very quiet and peaceful, and yet a stone's throw from the activities of the Karoo. The large shower with views both ways to the mountain and out onto the wine farm was a treat. There was also a large stargazing net, and unfortunately on the night we were there it was overcast but nonetheless incredible to lie on in the evening and contemplate the magic of the place. We were sad we had to move on and couldn't stay longer. The self check-in was extremely smooth and easy and the host was very friendly and responsive. I would come back anytime.

Cosy little lodge with superb views. Great features in the lodge, such as the braai, hot tub and fireplace. Nice little quirky and funky decor features added to make this a unique and memorable stay. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and delivered us a bag of ice to save us a drive into the nearest town. The drive leading to/from the accommodation was stunning, with fun windy roads.

The location is extraordinary! What a beautiful valley with small bays along the river. The cottage is big and very comfortable. The hosts are very hospitable. They came to greet us and showed the beautiful spots along the river down the valley. This place is an absolute gem where we wished we would have stayed longer.
