As a first-time visitor to this holy city, I was looking for a hotel that provided comfort, convenience, and proximity to the Prophet's Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi), and Maden Taiba Hotel delivered all of this and more. The hotel is incredibly well-located, just a short walk from the mosque. This made it so easy for me to perform prayers and visit the mosque at my convenience. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern with all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the in-room tea and coffee facilities. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. A special mention goes to Essam, the housekeeping manager, who ensured our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. His team was always attentive, and every request was handled promptly with a smile, making our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious—definitely a great way to start the day. Even during rush hour, Zulfikar, the restaurant manager, and his team were there for us, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that we were well taken care of. Despite the busy times, they made sure all guests were satisfied, providing excellent service with a personal touch. Zulfikar’s dedication and his team’s friendliness stood out, making each dining experience a pleasant one. The atmosphere at Maden Taiba Hotel was calm and serene, creating the perfect environment for relaxation after a busy day of worship. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Maden Taiba Hotel to anyone visiting Madina. It offers great value, comfort, and convenience, making it the perfect place for a memorable spiritual experience."

She is an incredibly kind, warm, and genuine person who truly cares about the guests and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I was given a beautiful room with an amazing view, everything was spotless and brand new, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel feels very cozy and thoughtfully designed — I truly felt at home here. The entire team was super friendly and welcoming, which is something you don’t always experience in large hotel chains. This stay gave me a 100% “home away from home” feeling. I can’t wait to come back again and again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
