We stayed for 4 nights in the quadruple room for 4 people. Everything was perfect. We stayed in the room with Haram View. The staff was amazing. The room service was excellent. The main highlight of the stay was Buffet Breakfast. The food was delicious with a huge menu and probably the best buffet breakfast I have ever had. Manager Mohammed Abdur Rehman was extremely hospitable and friendly in his dealings. We’re thankful to him for looking after us and we’re thankful to the entire crew of the hotel for having us. The hotel is only few mins away from Haram. The value for money is incredible. This is a must stay hotel for Umrah or Hajj pilgrims.

The hotel even helped our early check-in request. They kept looking to see if you had a request. The rooms were clean and tidy. It had a modern design. The breakfast and dinner were good.

The hotel was very clean and had a very nice smell when coming in, with a brand new model design to it, the hotel staff was very friendly and when I needed assistance regarding a last minute taxi to Jeddah to catch my flight the manager was super helpful.
