My mom and I stayed at this hotel in January and absolutely loved our experience. The surroundings are beautiful, and the design is so thoughtfully done that it never feels crowded. There are always quiet, comfortable places to relax. The grounds are large but easy to navigate, with walkways throughout and buggy service available. Sunrise and sunset from the dunes were especially stunning! We also did two excursions through the hotel: the Ezba tour and a sunrise camel ride. Both were incredibly well organized and truly memorable experiences that made our stay feel extra special. The staff truly made the experience. Alessandro in the mornings brought so much positive energ that he consistently set the tone for our day. Meilina at reception went above and beyond to help us, the pool staff were always attentive and accommodating, and Beatrice was wonderful in both the yoga and Pilates classes, taking the time to personalize each session. Julien at the spa was also fantastic! It was great chatting with him at breakfast, and his knowledge and experience helped choose the perfect massage treatment for my mom, which she absolutely loved. An amazing stay overall - we would absolutely return and highly recommend it.
