Most importantly, the owner Francisco is an amazing person — extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, which really made the stay special. A must-visit if you’re in Las Terrenas and want to escape the crowds while staying close to the incredible Playa Cosón, which is perfect for surfing and also great for swimming.

The property is very clean and feels new, with a welcoming and friendly staff. The bedroom with living area is well-equipped, including cooking facilities, a 4-burner stove, and a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Safe parking is available on-site, which was a big plus. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a really good bakery in the neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend.

They called an ambulance, escorted me to the clinic because they knew I was traveling alone, and stayed with me until I received the necessary medical attention. I will always be grateful for all their support during this difficult time.
