The staff is helpful and nice, everything was provided and explained thoroughly. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the city centre. The bar served great drinks. The rooms are extremely clean and modern, we truly can’t find any complaints. A special props goes to the staff, it’s so rare to come across nice, polite and welcoming staff. All in all, 10/10

Location is perfect if you would like to wander and explore in Lienz.

Room was spacious and comfortable, all amenities were present, pet friendly. Nice restaurant is located in the hotel as well as some bars and restaurants nearby. Billa and Spar in close proximity. Great pool and SPA to relax after skiing.
