Directly on the water with walking trails, marinas, wildlife and a beautiful bathhouse. The front desk staff was warm, exceptional thoughtful and helpful. Parking was close and easy. Rooms were modern, clean, filled with light, and comfortable. The best pillow of our travels in Europe. Breakfast options were abundant and delicious. Try a hot chocolate or elderflower juice and enjoy your stay!

The staff..... they folded our towels and duvets in a heart shape with rose petals for our anniversary.... shst a nice touch.... and they were so kind. The lift to get to the top was great. We were surprised how beautiful this hotel was! Rooms are unique and stylish with lots of character. Very cozy bed, and nice touches like robes and slippers. Staff was very friendly. Free parking. The property was kept clean and was a nice refuge after a long day of hiking. Our room was also comfortable owing to a ventilation system that actively dehumidified the bathroom — a nice touch during the summer months! As far as the service, all the staff at Ursprung were very nice and excited to see us. Our breakfast was excellent and personalized, and the hotel manager made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!
