Angus , the owner of the property, is a very nice person despite his eccentricity! He is just too concerned about cleanliness and water saving, the latter being a must in Perth. Hosts were very commuicative about how to check in and info about the apartment. Apartment beautifully decorated. Full kitchen with amenities and espresso coffee. Loved the special sparkling wine & choc treats left for us. So much space available to lounge about. Breaky on the balcony just perfect to marvel at the beach. Easy access to the beautiful beach from within the hotel. Didnt use the pool (cool weather) but has spa and people looked to be enjoying it. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Easy parking and access to room. Lovely soft deep carpet- we laughed as we could see where we had paced about. So many great close eating/drinking spots within 5min walk. We ditched the car and mainly walked to town as its such a lovely town to explore. Bed devine to slumber in. Rainfall shower head just lovely. Would stay again.

We were attending a wedding very close this this accommodation and the host was so helpful and accommodating with our needs. Communication was fantastic with the host and access to the property was very easy. Very comfortable bedding and clean rooms. There was a wonderful variety for breakfast, very fresh and inviting.
