Property was very clean and looked the same as in pictures. The host was very accommodating and responded very quick. Pick up and drop off at the airport was arranged. We had a lot of luggage so he came with a big car to make sure everything fit. Good customer service/hospitality is hard the find these days but not with this host. He was very welcoming and responded quickly when we needed something. Our flight got delayed last moment so we stayed longer in the apartment and he still was able to drop us off. I would definitely recommend booking this apartment.

Secondly, I must say this is one of the greatest hotels I have stayed in Belgium. It has it all: location in the city center, it's super clean, beautifly designed and well equipped. Loved the Self check-in process. So easy and fast. Loved the location because of the closeness to the bus stop and stores. I had to go to KU Leuven and took bus number 616 or 2, both work. Very easy! Loved the iron and the table, I was able to iron my clothing. It’s so close from the main train station you can walk 10 min and you are there. Everything about this place was perfection!

The rooms were very comfortable, modern, and well apportioned with everything we needed for the stay. Breakfast was generous in it's options and quantity. And we enjoyed the spectacular grounds with Zita the dog as a guide (and a bit of playing fetch!). There were also some snack options for weary late night guests.
