The lounge/ kitchen area is spacious and great for sitting as a group. The bedroom are well sized and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. The bathroom is exceptional, with the sauna, large bath and shower, we all spent a lot of time in there. Everywhere was clean, and the little details were thought about with tea and coffee available, uk plug adapters dotted around, and shower gel etc in the bathroom.

It was a spacious quiet hotel with large apartments which were very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Good fridges very very handy. And a nice small kitchen area to make tea and coffee. The location is peaceful. And we heard no noise, from the hotel or from the road outside . It felt safe and a nice place to be, I wish we could have stayed longer.

A very smart modern flat in a great location in Ypres/Ieper. The host was very friendly and helpful. The private parking is two blocks away, but it was easy to offload everything first and then park the car. Lots of helpful information in the folder in the apartment. Would definitely recommend for a visit to Ypres.

The host was unable to meet us to handover keys, but we were made aware in advance and clear instructions were provided to locate the keys in a key safe adjacent to the property. Parking (free) was permitted immediately outside the property. Very clean and tidy apartment and was ideally located, very close to the attraction we were visiting.
